Company history
UTC-Chem is a modern distribution company, established in 2023 on the basis of a previous company with many years of experience. We work in the fields of construction, paint and varnish industry, plastics, general chemistry and food industry.
We are building a team of professionals who do not just complete tasks, but implement ideas, develop directions and achieve results.
1994
The Swedish-Russian company «Unified Trading System» was founded in May.
1996
The company shifted its primary focus to importing and exporting chemical raw materials and building materials.
2003
A representative office was opened in Ukraine, with the number of employees exceeding 130
2005
For the first time, the company achieved the highest AAA rating according to Bisnode
2006
The operation of
a representative office in China was organized
2014
Transition of LLC "UTC Ukraine" to 100% subordination to the Swedish office.
2019
The operation of
a representative office in India was organized.
2020
The UTS Group climbed the ICIS ranking to 28th place in Europe and 63rd place globally.
2021
The operation of
a representative office in Turkey was organized.
2022
The UTS Scandinavia further ascended in the ICIS ranking to 21st place in Europe and 57th place globally.

Founded LLC "UTC-CHEM" on the basis of LLC "UTC Ukraine"
